I am trying to implement an ad link unit into my blog but having some problems.

I am using the latest version of Wordpress with theme Almost Spring 1.0 by Becca Wei. I have edited the header to include the Adsense code just under my banner image, but it just doesn't look right. Take a look at the image below.

For some reason there is a little white block to the right. Anyone have any ideas how I could fix this?

You might want to reduce the height of the banner and instead of a link unit put a ad unit there.

Like I how did for someone else at this site: http://attorneyandlawyerhumor.com/

Easier to do and more money making.

Thanks Carl, that worked a treat. My only problem now is that the banner doesn't look too good so I've removed it till I get a new one.

Thanks for the suggestion sri. My only concern at the moment is that I don't want to overload the site with advertisements. This is my first real project so naturally I am little cautious. Your suggestion has been noted though so I may play with that in the future.

The little bit of money those link units make would not be worth it to me to drop the graphic.

After changing the background color of the div the logo looked a little out of place. The colors didn't really match and it was a tad too small. It didn't look so bad before due to the div being a different color.

Not to worry though, I'll get my designer to make me a new one.

I'll be replacing the banner with a new one soon, so this is only temporary.
