    Keep your titles concise and make sure they contain your best keywords.

    Meta keywords are words or phrases that pertain to your site's content. In the past, people have tried to take advantage of this tag so now it doesn't affect your search rankings the way that it used to.

    Meta descriptions are useful because they often dictate how your pages are shown in search results. Your meta descriptions should be concise and contain your best keywords.

    Hello,

    Just don't bother with keyword tags. If you want them for yourself then you are out of date in SEO and if a client is asking for them then tell them they do not need them. Be careful about using keywords as you can easily over-optimise a website. Use variations of the keywords that say the same but are different words (Latent Semantic Index- LSI words, synonyms etc). These should be sprinkled in your title tag, Heading tags (throughout the page), description and content. IUt used to be density of up to 6% but now use 1-2% but a good mix of related keyword phrases.

    If you really really want to find out how, just google 'html code for keyword metatag' but if anything, adding this will only serve to warn the search engines what you are trying to rank for!

    Which platform is your website on? If it's on Wordpress you can add the keywords by going to Theme > Editor > header.php

    <head>
    <title>Title</title>
    <meta name="description" content="Awesome Description Here"> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=UTF-8">
    </head>
