    Hi All,

I have an adsense account which was approved for one of my site. I now plan to sell that site. Will that effect my adsense account ? and what if the new owner applies for a new adsense account using the same site.

    Thanks,
    onkar

No effect on you, and the new owner of the website can just delete your adsense codes and add his own. As far as it goes, Google doesn't really care about that type of stuff.

No problems. Google allows you to sell or buy websites. So sell your site and be happy :)

Yeah, as people have said, once you're done selling the website, you can forget about it.

You are safe to sell the site! One tip I have for you is, if you list your site on Flippa etc....remove the ads before listing your site!

YES...no problem for you...! New owner cannot open a new adsense account using your site...but he can place the adsense codes of his existing account

Before selling the site or listing it for sale remember to remove the Adsense codes to safeguard against invalid clicks.

    True.

Also, you can sell the site and te new owner will have no problem applying for the same domain. But, don't give in your guarantee.
