You can use Fetch As Google option to do it.
You will need to login to your Google Webmaster tools account and in the left section click Crawl> Fetch as Google and paste the url their which you want to get indexed. and click Fetch (Red Button) After your link will appear below it. and click submit to index.

General list of tthings to check

    1) Can't you find the post even if you search Google for your domain name + title of the post?

    2) If so, check the source of your page. Does it use Noindex? What about robots.txt?

    3) What happens if you submit the URL/post in Google Webmaster tools?

1st you need to check the post if you have any SEO tool install. Make sure that you did not check the option not to index this post.
2nd. Use google sitemap and make a site map.
3rd. Use google webmaster tool and do 2 things.
one is to submit site map. you will see the option under google site master.
2nd fatch as google bot. It will take 5 min and refresh every 1 min untill it does not finish.
At finish you will see its sucessfull or not ...

The incoming links (like social media links) will help to get indexed fast. also ping all backlinks and the new pages to google servers.
