facebook is much popular social network site since long but how we can use it to promote a site to get high degree of web traffic with boosting keyword ranking factor.

 

Truly facebook is not only very popular but also effective.
How it works for one depends on what is promoted, how the promotion is done and the audience( how targeted they are).
Therefore I would say that having a facebook account and posting things isnt all you need.
How do you do your promotion?
Are your targets fans? are they in selected groups? what is their characteristic? Are you able to make them friends, even put them on your list and keep communicating them?
They all make a huge difference. You may also choose to employ experts on this.
So how long it takes to promote your site to get high degree of web traffic depends on how well you promote your site/ services

 

Facebook is only a good tool if you manage to engage your "fans" and the people that liked your page. A common problem with fan-groups is that people don't interact with the posts (comment/like) and then eventually these posts stop appearing in their feeds. You can have 5,000 fans, but that's not going to do you any good if none of them see your posts.

 

This is so true, and it is hard to keep up sometimes. It all takes a while. I notice that natural likes seems to be more effective than "forced" likes. It's nice to promote pages, though and get real likes that way. But continued engagement is so important. Hire someone if you have to, but don't let this slide.

 

Make a page, promote your website on it. put content on your website and then promote that content on your page. Get lots of people to like your page. Use social exchange to get more and more people to like your page.
