    I am currently planning to launch website like freelancer.com for USA based in India.But really confused where to start from.My website is fully developed.I am going to use Paypal as my payment gateway.But don't know which type bank account is required for that.What will be the tax system.How will I transfer money etc.Please help me.Thank you.

    If you make a site then use paypal as your default payment option.
    2nd thing is to make one more payment system that is good for indian and Asian peoples.
    Just you need to register yourself as a patner. They will guide you how to add our system to your site.
    Then user have 2 option.
    Paypal
    Payoneer Card.

    They can receive funds via paypal
    and they can also apply for card. (You can also create your design on Credit Card With your Website Name)

    Once they apply and get the card.
    You can send the payment via you payoneer control payment. (Mass Payment)
    They will receive the funds in their cards & they can get cash from any ATM.

    Belive me payoneer is the best way. Your indian people will like it.

    Well for one if you want to TARGET USA users than first thing I would suggest is using Google Webmaster Tools and go into your site options and specif icy that you want to target the United States as your target country. That would be my first thought second Listen to what Outlawz said about Paypal.

    If you use paypal, you can receive payment from all countries where paypal payment works. But paypal payments from India will need opt for credit/debit card transfers.
