    We don't have fixed rates because of our bidding(and many others factors) all eCPMs are fully dynamic.

    - We accept worldwide traffic.
    - All websites are accepted (Adult also accepted).
    - Payment minimum $10, payments are made between 1 and 7 days after request.

    Lots of spelling mistakes in the website and the website is very unfinished
    After signing up.. username/password doesn't work after registering.
    No information on who you are.. how to contact you if problems/you go off the internet
    Domain name is Anonymous .
    Can you give examples of your adverts?

    Basically it seems that you took 5 mins to set this all up.

    I shouldn't have to contact you to fix your spelling mistakes.. Its something you should have sorted out before you released for people to use. You can't see the big spelling mistakes on the top of all your pages?

    http://popupe.com/task/pm doesn't show anything.. Maybe it does after a person logs in but if your not logged it.. how? If your website was down.. how would someone contact you? Do you have an email address, phone number/address or something? Are you an actual company or running the website as an individual?

    Your Registration email:
    "Colleagues that you have chosen our advertising system Thank you ., Your subscription was successful."

    Colleagues is completely the wrong word. Why is there a , before Your subscription?

    From all these problems I would think that english is not your first language and you are not very good at English at all. I would (if I was you) employ someone to fix all your problems.

    How can someone accept your Terms when there is none?

    As they have no T&C.. and all they say is "Accept all sites" I presume you are allowed to put them anywhere you like

    Its on my 3rd day but still I dont see any stats or hits but I see a lots of page visited.

    Error on their panel or they are scammer?

    I tested it.. and I cannot see any pop ups being made and looking at the code there was only 1 webpage it linked to (which didn't pop up)

    I just double checked this.. (I was wrong before)

    the popup over occurs when you actually click on a link in the existing website.

    And then popover comes up but there is only 1 website..
