    This site is good to enter the Travel niche in UK which is very profitable. Website has few pages only but already making good revenue. I am selling few other sites as well please see my other listings. I have been managing 50+ travel sites in UK and earned serious 6 figure income from them.
    Targeted Traffic is %90 from UK and organic search bing-yahoo. Click rate is very high as usual like most of my sites.

    Adsense does not care about your click rate they only concern if spammy traffic or clicks involved. Traffic is highly targeted organic search only. I have been with adsense 8 years never seen any problem with high ctr.
    Sorry analytics is not available only server stats, beacuse this is one of the minor site I did not bother add analytics. Please check search engine rankings on bing.co.uk and yahoo.co.uk.
    Please see no trademark used in content or anywhere, fairly safe. Similar many sites available on the net. ice lolly is too generic term.

    I have lowered the BIN to $430. I am going to give skype support 30 min to buyer who hits the BIN. I am in this Travel websites business for 10 years also worked for few big UK travel companies. Anyone can run UK site and it is 1.66 times better than USD clicks with higher CTR.
