    So, you are not giving rights to the code to the buyer... meaning you then have the rights (and abilities) to publish practically the same app again under a new name... hmm...

    when you sell something, sell it as a complete set and give the right to the buyer. It clearly means that you should never sell the same type of app / site again or use the source code.
    If we don't get source code, how do you think we can update our android app ? Its like, you need to make a whole new app once you buy this site. So this sale doesn't includes a android app.

    I mean if there are email addresses created with different aliases like or with any other prefix (before @yourdomain.com), can i use Gmail.to access this email account? These were allowed by google earlier for free, now google charges $5 per month for it. So if Google apps has been activated for a site, it is of some use to me...
