Contest Home page redesign ($150) needs to be simplified and modernised

    My site is - www.jobswithlanguage.com

    i need the home page to be redesigned and simplified.. and give it a more easy look and feel like indeed.com and simplyhired.com

    But there is a bit of a challenge as i also want a bit more content up there than the other 2 sites i mentioned.

    I am partial in keeping the header and footer same and mostly work on the middle part..
    But if you have a better idea feel free to show me.

    the main (middle part - between header and footer) area should contain the following..
    AGAIN - this is my idea but if you have a better vision in your mind, do share.

    things that must be in there...

    the Text Search elements - what where and then search
    along with these Advanced search | Search by Company

    then.. i also want some thing that pulls content from our blog..
    may be a slider? (rss?) that torates latest content from the blog

    Then i want a leader board from monthly top scorers from this page.. (log in to see what i mean)

    Alos would be nice to incorporate a area where we can showcase some of the featured employers which are now showcased in the right col

    so lets get started.. shall we..

    Please post any questions here so that everyone can see..

    My suggestion will be to start with some basic mock ups to get us started

    Only PSD mockup is required or does the participant need to code that for you as well/ help you in this process??

    also folks... forgot to mention.. there is about 4 more pages in the line that I need to re do.. and 2 other websites after this.,, so .. there will be ongoing work for the right candidate..

    your website is jobs with languages ? we have to follow the same color scheme and your website width is to short and layout is very congested.

    this is now closed.. i have selected a design and we are going ahead with it... the designer is working on some changes i have requested.. when they come through i will declare it here...
