HI, need some info... do u know about u it?

I am converting my current website to wordpress because on wordpress its easy to work and also my friend suggested me to do it because im not earning good through adsense so he adviced me to do it that you can earn better but your template is not good ..
i have much idea that i need to redirect pages...
but i wana know that it could be good for adsense earning i need an expert advice.or can hire a service.. and redirection wont be a problem right??
