    After getting first page of Google last week, my site’s home pages (plus few important pages) were gone from Google index 3 days ago as well as the SERP .
    It came back yesterday and so did SERP. I was happy…until today’s noon. When I check this afternoon my site is gone again and so did SERP.

    What is wrong here? I did not change anything during this time. Is it normal?
    What should I do to prevent this?

    It's the google dance, I would think. Still, you have reason to worry. So make sure you are not doing anything spammy - and keep building content and relevant links to your site.

    Are you saying ther is a Google dance going on?
    Is anyone experience this? My understanding is Google dance happen when Google updates data centers and it should have effect on all website. Am I wrong?
    Does it hppend to indivisual website too?

    this is actually very normal. Your site could be indexed then dropped and re-indexed again several times before you actually stay. You need to start getting incoming links to your site. Once that happens you shouldn't have that problem anymore.

    My site is 7 months old...
    It still has 32,000+ page indexed but the home page and few other main pages are now gone...I am not getting any traffic because those are the pages i have my tergatted keywords.
    And the problem started when last week my site got into first pages of Google SERP.
    I don't understand why it came back yesterday and gone again today.

    My site has not been removed from the index or anything, but it has been bouncing around a bit in the serps.
