Always try to make short videos.
People dont have much time to be spending on watching videos. When your video is short and of quality. It will attract more people and also the viewer will watch it till end and most probably will take action at the end of the video. So make it short and of quality.

There are some changes in there now. It is not the same as it was before. The quality is not the same.

Yes, there is no doubt that youtube is the 2nd largest search engine after Google.
We all go there and search for different videos there.
the good thing is that You Tube appears very well in Search engines.

 

Take you tube as a big traffic source.
Take it as a world's second biggest search engine.
You should not ignore you tube.
I have now more than 100 videos on you tube. All of them are ranked for different keywords in Google and youtube which bring instant and targeted traffic.
It is a good tactic to have many videos but make them of quality as quality is more important than quantity.

Yes the conversion rate is good from youtube traffic.
The reason I understand is that most of the people land on my videos after making searches, so the people are already after soemthing related to my videos which means they are somehow looking for the video related stuff.
I have optimized my videos for search engines which work well.
