How to get Bing to index ALL your pages

Bing is a great search engine and has a massive user base. Not as much as Google but search engines like Bing and Yahoo should not be overlooked. The Bing search engines has bots that crawl the web and index pages every day. This is a generally slow process for Bing as they have a slower algorithm than big G's. It may take years for a website to get every page indexed. Here is the standard way I use to kickstart the Bing bots.

STEP 1: OPEN A BING WEBMASTER TOOLS ACCOUNT

STEP 2: ADD & VERIFY YOUR WEBSITE

STEP 3: CREATE AND UPLOAD YOUR SITEMAPS

STEP 4: CREATE A SEARCH OPTIMIZATION PLAN

This really should done by every webmaster for every site. Google and Yahoo need a little encouragement to keep up with Google. I prefer to let Google follow the links in my site so every new page is indexed from a relevant text link.

    Hope this helps.

    Hey,

I want to add something to help others to get their links indexed FASTER in Bing as well as Yahoo.

If you add and verify your site in Bing Webmaster Tools and then submit your sitemap, then don't expect all of your links indexed in just a couple of days. You must know that, Bing is really slow in indexing URLs. That's why, they have added "Submit URLs" under "Configure My Site". You can submit 50 URLs per month.

After you submit one link, you can see your URL indexed in both Bing and Yahoo in just a couple of minutes. In my guess, this is the ONLY way to index your URLs in Bing and Yahoo.

Same process also works for Google. You can index your site's URL in just a second in Google. Just go to Google Webmaster Tools > Crawl > Fetch as Google > Submit your Link > Submit to Index

That's it. You can DO the above things to get your site's URL indexed in Google, Yahoo and Bing :)

I have just accepted the fact that Bing/Yahoo are much more slower than Google. So just be prepared to wait..
