Paypal Dispute

Hi everyone,

I was create a donation page. Someone pay there $327 in my paypal account. As he pay to me, I apply for withdrawal and after one day he submit dispute for $327. I received $327 my bank and I get withdrawal. But now my paypal account is on limitation and paypal send me an email which "
Provide additional information within 10 calendar days from the date this
case was filed.

Your participation is essential to the claims process. Please note that if
you do not respond to our request for information within the specified time
frame, we will be forced to automatically refund the buyer. In the event
the claim is awarded to the buyer, we ask that you make sure your PayPal
account has sufficient funds to cover a refund.

timeframe. If you do not respond within the timeframe, the case may be
decided in the buyer's favor.

Now what I need to do? If I not refund this amount what they can do?

 

Best thing is to give them their money back, you can rarely fight a payPal dispute and win.

All Someone has to say is that their credit card (or whatever) was used without their authorization.

 

But now I haven't money for give them. If I can't refund then what paypal can do?

 

After 3-5 months they get debt collectors on you. Try to win the dispute thats your only hope.
