The Search Is Over. I found it before, I was just about to give up tonight
When I tried it once more. PremiumCPM.com, is like 300% clean right now. But idk, maybe im getting too happy too fast, but right now, the ads are looking scrumptious. (never used that word in my life, and definitely never again using it, trying out new adjectives)

I dont see any video ads (except for one which is from some yellow clip video thingy, which is always silent on every ad network so im cool)

no popups, no mobile popups, no video ads, no... no redirects... no.. no popups.. no video ads. I'm happy right now idk.

Dominick. Whatever you did, thank you. (hope i dont get banned tho refreshed by pages like 100 times, had some friends check it with refreshing as well, everyone is clean)

I now await the days to come with skepticism, and doubt (expecting for it not to work out so i won't be let down)

yeah maybe PremiumCPM will work good for you, I do not use this network because I had an argument with the owner.

 

Lol kathering I apologize, I didn't mean it like that, I meant ignore as in "Ignoring each and everything right now because I'm so happy about what I just stumbled upon", not like "shut up you're probably a scam" type of ignore, you wouldn't believe how long I've bee- 5 months. 5 months, that's how long. That post really made me laugh though, and was worthy of a like. But in all serious-ness I am saddened that you are unsatisfied. Clearly you misunderstood me, and you expected a lot. Well there is nothing to laugh, a lot of us can't speak English and sometime may get confused with similar sound words and I really don't find it way to make fun of others or laugh

It will be very hard for you to get profitable CPM network without popup or popunders. The main reason is low rate for banners. Ad providers preffer to show popups. The problem about malware is sometimes people try to cheat or just there is some link on website that antivirus detect as suspicious. So often there are fake notifications about malware, but still it's annoying.

What about Adara Media or Maxpoint?

Also there are some interesting ones based out of Israel (but accept global inventory) like Matomy & Velis Media

 

Probably the best known one out of Israel is Marimedia's Qadabra. It looks like they are going to make this a serious contender against adsense. Qadabra is pretty good.
