Easy quick check is to search for the domain in Google's Search Bar.

For example, the domain is www.examplesite.com. Search for "www.examplesite.com" in the search bar. If that doesn't come up as #1, then its been slapped.

Yes. There is a tool to check weather the given domain is banned in Google or not.

    Google Blacklist Checker byDennisnafisi

    www[.]dennisnafisi[.]com/free-seo-tools/google-blacklist-checker/

The above web tool help you to checkout whether the given domain is currently blacklisted or banned by Google or not.
It also offers you suggestions on how to get the ban lifted.

For example, jacksonvillenc.us which is currently banned by Google so the above tool will show you the below message.

    Google banned.jpg

Same way, you can check any valid(not blacklisted) domain which shows that it is not blacklisted/banned by Google message.

I hope it will help you and others too with similar questions.

A quick way to check this (similar to DiggitySEO's suggestion) is just to do a check on the search engine by typing site:yourdomain.com directly into your browser. That should pull up all pages of your site that are indexed by Google. If nothing pulls up then it's clear that the site has been blocked.

Checking your webmaster tools is also always a good place to see if Google has issues with your site. It will identify any potential threats or penalties that your site may have.

Just tried it with our company domain - said it was banned. Checked quickly in Google - all our pages are indexed. So I wouldn't have much trust in this tool tbh ;)

iwebtool[dot]com/google_banned - Might be helpful but don't know how much its authentic and whats their parameter of searches.

You can also check your search query of last month you will get an idea if your website is blocked or penalized

I too can't claim surely as it is third party tool but it always worked fine for me. (till now I check 30-40 websites.)
If you give me your company website name I can investigate further. (If you want.)

    Regards,

The best way will be do a google search
In the search box type : "Site:domain.com"

It will usually show up, if there is no result, the domain is bad.
    Cheers !

Just now I checked your domain and it is NOT showing Banned. See the screenshot.

Still I believe I've posted the most relevant answer. Anyways, I m totally happy with the tool and continuing to use it. But can't force everyone to use the same.
    Happy (domain) shopping .. !!

You are correct, it does not appear as Banned now, but it certainly was when I posted the reply ;)
Anyways, as you say, it works for you, and I am sure for many more. Since there are many ways to
achieve the same result, personal taste would determine the best checker for each one individually ;)

When typing in the search engine type site: followed by your website domain. Or simply search your domain.
