I bought a .ca domain from Godaddy as i am working for a Canadian Client. But now i am facing a problem , Godaddy warning me that i can not use .ca domain as i am not citizen of Canada. So can anyone tell me please if i cancel the domain for getting refund? or what can i do now to get refund my money.

    Thanks

Some domain seller facilitate canceling domain withing 24 hours. Ask Godaddy about it. Also ask if they dont allow using of .ca domain, whats the use of selling it to a non-Canadian ?
Another thing you can do it to transfer that domain to your client and then do the job.

Why not just read the terms and conditions at Godaddy!

Then create a ticket! Digitalpoint is not the GoDaddy help desk!

Godaddy has a no refund policy on domains.

I know this because years ago I bought a domain and in the middle of the checkout process their software froze up...? then 10min later it listed no purchase. So I went through the check out again, and in 30 mins I had 2charges.

I called told them what happened they told me"too bad.. you are out of luck" so I disputed the charges because it was their checkout system that failed. That was the last time I spent money at Godaddy.

That was years ago but I would imagine they still have the same policies and poor service.
