    This is a dmoz-listed solid site which requires little work. I acquired this site here for $2000 almost 4 years ago, but I didn't do anything about it, never added a new article, never built a link. I so neglected it and didn't notice the quote form was broken for two years, just fixed it before listed it here. The traffic and income has been dropping due to the lack of attention.

    Reason for selling: I've been getting rid of all my non-forum websites.

    All income is from Adsense. I don't charge for the rental leads.

    When a quote request is submitted, it will be sent to a gmail (I will give it to the buyer) which will forward the quote to subscribed rental companies. (maybe about 10, I don't remember)

    The quote form was broken for 2 years, I also closed all comments, these hurt the site, but I really had no interest working on it.

    The BIN price is only 1.5 years adsense income, it's a very reasonable price for a solid dmoz-listed site. If you can monetize it by selling leading or links, or use it to promote your other sites, it would be a bargain. Grab it when it's available.

    There are one ad unit before and after a blog post. So, on actual post pages, there are total 3 ad units. You don't recognize them?
