If you have a low volume website and especially one in the hacking niche/vertical and mostly traffic from india; all factors considered, you should just go with who ever "accepts" you, and focus on building your site and volume but even then its going to be difficult to monetize.

I heard edomz is very strict approving cpm account and mostly site gets rejected if they are not good, I wonder how you even got approved for this site

True. But have to keep in mind any network with any kind of standards at all as far as what they allow or don't is going to be rejecting a lot of sites. There are so many sites out there which are just a mess, most of which its just cause the webmaster didn't know that like the big networks want a privacy policy, or little things. Others put 10 ads on their page cause they didn't know better. Then have to factor in there are actual internet laws which most networks are supposed to be following / enforcing (which they don't) such as illegal profiting off of copy-written materials which includes syndicated blog content, images, text, etc.

I think that GEO and that VERT is going to be difficult to monetize.
