If you are an expert or an experienced the internet user , definitely you'll see most of IT blogs and tips and tricks blogs or other information websites were made by some 3rd and 2nd world countries people, (e.g India-Pakistan-Sri Lanka-and other Asian and African countries )
    Why?

Where are the Europe and the U.S bloggers and webmasters?

most of developers and freelancers I've ever seen were from these countries?

You are asking this question on a forum which is owned and developed by an American webmaster.

I'm not sure what the breakdown on DP is, but I'm thinking that the biggest percentage on here are Americans, followed by Canadians and British.
Yes there are others here too, as this is an international site. Not sure why any of that would even matter to you. As long as someone has something to contribute, who cares where they are from?

I think, its the other way around. If you are an experienced internet user, you will definitely see that many best blogs/forums are from US, UK and Europe. Only if you are a newbie, you will end up finding no good blogs from US, UK and Europe.

I agree with u but what about other nationality?

I think most of theme (Asian and African webmasters) spend their time to earn money with MFA website because in the Developing countries rate of GDP are Lower than Developed countries ,so a webmaster and blogger can make money more than Their fathers and families but a Swiss citizen doesn't need to this type of revenue because the living expenses are more expensive and you should do a activity with higher revenue , so we're seeing a lot of start up and new idea are made by western nationality (e.g facebook -youtube-etc)

I have to ask, where are you seeing all of these sites? Like are these sites you are finding in google? Or are these sites you find on flippa?

To be honest, I think it is that people chase the money. Someone using adsense, *might* earn more from english keywords rather then from indian keywords. Hence, it makes sense to make sites that target US / UK / AU traffic, so that they can earn premium amounts from their ad networks. I am sure you can look up high paying english keywords and compare the cpc to their translated equivalents for an example.

As for the question of "where are the us webmasters", well.... I would think that there would be alot of little sites owned by webmasters all over the place. But the ones that most likely rank well in search engines, are the ones with deep pockets for SEO, new articles, etc etc, OR, the ones that knuckle down and work really hard and can live off the crumbs they get from ad networks. -> lets not forget that 3rd world countries earn really low, $1 for us is just $1, but $1 for them, is payday.

Ok, just for a quick example, If someone in the US has a site(s) that earns $500 per month, thats not enough to live on. So they can only throw in their spare time, and the site might take more time then it is worth, in fact, working part time at minimum wage for 40hours, might earn more per hour then a website would. Whereas, someone from india, $500 per month is enough to live on, and they can dedicate 50-100hours a week to working on their websites, and expanding the number of sites that they have.

I would like to add another point:
As you all are talking about India, there are more computer science and IT engineer than any other country. So it's obvious that you will see more websites/blogs created by Indian than any other country.
And Regarding cost to live, it depends on the economy. You cannot compare oranges with apple, but one thing is constant and that is amount of work needed(locally within that economy) to survive is around the same throughout the world. But the difference is opportunity.

I think what matters more is the relation between salaries in the IT sector and other sectors who often offer employment opportunities. Because when you are talking about GDP, standards and cost of life, this is a factor only in the boundaries of the country itself. I will give an example with my country - Bulgaria. Most of the common jobs like shop salesman, bartender/waiter, office manager will roughly bring you around 250-300 EUR per month. By our standards of living this is not much at all, but still is enough to get you by with proper budgeting and avoiding any extra costs. Now, in our IT sector there is always a lack of workforce simply because although we have great education for such sciences, most hardworking bright minds tend to immigrate and find better jobs at worldwide giant companies for salaries they always dreamt of. This creates a higher demand for skilled and knowledgeable specialists and because the supply is limited, a mid-salary in the IT sector here pays you around 800-1500 EUR per month, a salary that can get you a pretty comfortable living. As you can see, the difference between the mentioned jobs can go up to 5 times!

This is on a local level. Now lets see global, following the same scenario. A young web developer has a lot of opportunities because Internet connects us all in its global village. Lets say he decides to go the Freelancing route. He can still get his 1500 EUR per month and maybe even more, which is enough for him but now he can easily find an employer from a well-developed country, for whom this expense would be considered miniscule. So not only the developer gets the same money, but now he doesn't even have to leave the comfort of his home. Simple as pie :)

This is of course a somewhat idealized scenario. I firmly believe that there are still far too many people in the IT industry, especially from undeveloped regions, who take advantage of the dense market by offering to work at super rock bottom prices (which for them is still milking the cow) but possess questionable abilities and knowledge. They rely on the greed of some people, who although pay a little (by their standards) for a service, are always prepared to blindly jump ship if they see an even cheaper offer. So I guess such people do deserve each other at the end of the day

Just for the sake of the argument - knowing that statistically the Chinese Users are almost as many as the English Users and assuming they primarily search in Mandarin (or other Chinese variations), your statement might not be entirely accurate :)

Now, if we are talking about number of websites, written in a certain language, then you are correct - websites with content in English greatly dominate the others ;)

1- Time is more valuable and wages are higher in developed countries.
2- English is not a true "foreign and a complete unknown" language in those 3rd world countries. This also explains the difference between India and China:
3- Sometimes, 3rd World countries may teach science better than developed countries. Those bloggers have a better understanding of science and tech, especially for the beginner level. They simply do what they can do well. They really know about tech and write about tech and science. There are some MFA content too. But you can't find those crap content on search results.
On the other hand, young population of developed countries know more about partying and travelling and I see they write more about the good places to visit.

You see a lot of 3rd world freelancers online because the potential earnings on freelance sites are not enough to live comfortably in a first world country. It would be better for a first world freelancer to do their freelancing offline. The earnings are better. However, for people living in third world countries, the earnings that can be made online is very promising. $700 USD per month might be very small for a US citizen, but for an Indian citizen, that may be the average earning in their country and maybe more than enough to get by, making it better than a typical 8-4 job in that country. A lot of the freelance jobs online are freelancers from first world countries outsourcing to third world countries. Because of the cheap labor cost, they are able to make a profit for little of their own labor involved.

Solution? If you're a top notch web developer, start seeking ways to get to a 1st world country and make a living. Even though the cost of living will be higher, people who migrated from third world countries usually climb the ladder faster than a 1st world country's own natives simply because their mentality is different.
