    First you must increase the quality of your site, that will bring more authority. After that as above said you need to have high PR links that will bring you more Domain Authority (DA). But if you use SPAM techniques be sure that you will never have them increased. Maybe the PR will grow but that's all

    To increase PR, make sure that your website is having high quality content. It is very important. Crawler always prefer those websites which are having high quality content and content should be attractive and useful for the end user. Try to optimize keywords with your content. Inbound links will also help you. After this, Do link building with High quality sites and don't do this practice in bulk. Have patience and work according to the guidelines.
