Then the mods who see hundreds of posts a day cannot remember it either. How then do you expect anyone to help you with this?

Why have you waited a whole month to make an issue of it now? You should have dealt with this right away. I think you have taken too long to deal with this matter. It seems to me that this may be a loss for you, sorry about that.

I doubt any of the DP mods are trying to "kill" you. I don't know when you invested, but within about 12-13 hours of the thread being made they were outed as a scammer by @ttechfs and even before his post they were banned.

If you paid via a Visa debit/credit card then that might be a better way to get money back. It's not physical goods, so it doesn't seem to be a good chance of a refund with PayPal. Unfortunately for you.

Handing money over to anyone is risky business, particularly online when you have no idea who they are. Chalk it up to experience.

How about we let an admin or a moderator reply in this thread. Chances are the post is not deleted but hidden. Only the moderators can give Humtuma an answer. Everyone just guessing what the moderators would say. Geez

So you feel that only moderators such as yourself should try and help? Why don't you and your mod friends create a separate forum all for yourselves? I promise if you do then I'll stay the f**k off it o. k.? I guess moderating on that other site isn't enough for you huh? You have to come here and do it too?

Well no moderators or admin have bothered to respond and you're comment is as much use as tits on a fish.........geez

That doesn't even make any sense, and at least others have tried to help.

Do a charge back. It's virtual goods/services, so no protection through PayPal.

It can happen on any site where you send money to someone you have never met, stop blaming DP FFS, you've no-one to blame but yourself for not using an escrow service.

    That's the thing.

Whether a post exists or not is irrelevant due to the fact PayPal does not provide protection for intangible items or services. That is clear to anyone who can read:

    https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full
    Code (markup):
From the beginning, the OP's best hope was a chargeback.

    Hey, guys and dolls.

I think as a noble man I'm allowed to add my 5 cents worth in.
I think that a lot of this is to be solved trough a direct line with the forum moderators.
That everyone tries to help will not solve the problem for anyone duped or feeling vitimised.
Sounding at the way complainer is expressing himself, he is from Asia and probably Indonesia or somewhere that area.
For everyone outside the us is 100 bucks a lot of money, looking at the trading prices of the currency it's sometimes diabolic what banks charge on top of the charges from Pay Pal.

So I think, time to get serious in answering this problem with this person.

For complainant himself an other message.
When ever you put up something online print an impression of the invoice and the name of the product and seller.
So you know where to go if something goes tits up (sorry ladies) and needs some kind of a solution (possible refund)

BTW. I think this should be closed by now or maybe we can do something for a damaged forum brother (any Ideas are welcome)

To answer your original question, your post wasn't deleted, the partnership thread was deleted (made by someone else) because it violated our terms.

As far as us resolving disputes between members, you can find info on it here (under the "Disputes Between Members" section): https://www.digitalpoint.com/help/policies
