I need free Marketing Strategies for generate huge traffic on my blog.
I do only social Media to generate traffic but I can't get it So please help me.

Forums like DP are invaluable. Doing a quick Google will show a bunch of useful results also. However, you need to do it manually and hit forums, blogs, social networking sites, article and PR sites. There are plenty of places to market for free, it just takes time.

After Penguin 2.1 launch lots of people asking everywhere that blog commenting, directory, social bookmarking and link exchange are consider as a spam.
On other forum I got my answer that do only Guest Posting, Forum Posting for off page Is it true?

Directory submission with low PR websites again lead towards a harm to your website.
Link exchange by illegal method lead towards spam.
Social Bookmarking wherein bookmarking the stuff which is not of people interest again lead towards spamming.
If above stuff are done with White Hat Techniques, then yes this will help in off-page optimization.

Guest posting and forum posting done against the forum and blog policy may lead towards spamming.
So, white hat techniques will not be hampered by any google penguin and panda updates.
