I want to change the language of woocommerce theme, but not successful can you help me?

    Hi

    I have a woocommerce theme, i couldn't find a way to change some words in the theme.

    Do you know how can i change the language manually?

    In codes section, there are codes like: <?php _e( 'Item', 'swiftframework' ); ?>

    I want to change the "Item" to another thing. But when i change in this code, theme becomes broken.
