hello , in recent google update my website has been gone down in seo rankings due to bad links , now i am looking forward to start from the beginning . So decided to move to a new domain , the thing is the if i move my content to new domain i have to use 301 redirects , but that will again redirect the bad links too . And if i only move the website , i will be penalized for duplicate content since many other websites have copied my content . Please tell me how to move my website to a new domain and still maintain the uniqueness of my content and not retain the backlinks .

    regards

If you don't want the links then you just need to move the content.

Simply put it on a new domain, and delete the content from the old one.

If people plagarised your content you can try to take it down using companies like DMCA

302 redirect is what you want.
It passes traffic but not pagerank/backlinks of other site.

If you would like to move to a new domain, instead of using 301 redirects, on all of the old pages, use rel="canonical" directing to your new URL.
