Payoneer card CSC code issues.

Hi

I have payoneer card from Pakistan Address. I have paypal from USA Address. I am trying to add my Master debit card to my paypal account. But it gives me following errors

I ask Payoneer they said. you entered wrong CVV/CSC number. but i know i enter correct as same printed on back of the card. last 3 digits.

Every time, I try i get same error.

Give me advice on this matter. plzzz

 

i think billing address must be same of card which you are entering in your paypal USA account.

 

if so ! why they did not give me such error which shows this ?

 

It is an automatic error so they are not exact. You can send an email to Paypal support and find out what is wrong.This will help you know the actual issue.

 

Move on to payment processors that accept your country and forget PayPal. Contacting them won't help. They will rightly ban you for fraudulently opening an account.

 

But ! my card is issued from UK , I can change billing address to same as in PayPal account, Would this will solve this issue ?

I have open Legal account, I have dual nationality. But i want to add my another card which is Payoneer.

 

"Pakistan", "UK", "USA"?? You keep mentioning different countries. If you opened an account in the USA and live there, then get a real bank account and verify your legitimate USA address. Or the same for the UK. You can't verify with a Pakistan address. Paypal isn't available there.

EDIT: You can't change country in PayPal, you will need to open another account. However, you could end up banned if you are opening (or have opened) an account with fraudulent details.

 

I mean, I will change billing address of my Payoneer card. which allow me to change country.

 

As long as you can prove residence and identity.

EDIT: I believe a Payoneer card is not enough, but you need their "payment service", too. (It gives you a US-type bank account.) It seems stupid though, if you claim you are not committing fraud then you can surely verify without going the fraudster route?!

 

Is verifying through Payoneer Card is fraudster route?

 

If someone has a US PayPal then they should be able to verify with a USA address, get a proper US bank account. Unless they do not live there.

You can call up and ask PayPal to confirm.

 

yep. I already attached my US bank account and had my account verified. I was just wondering if i can upload my Money from Payoneer card. I have money there i dont need to withdraw from ATM, so i need in paypal . thats all the Issue based on.

 

As far as I am aware, Payoneer is for withdrawal. You should ask their support to confirm.
