I was try to using Twitter and Facebook to generate traffic from USA, UK, & CA, its work.
You only need to increase your followers from your geo targeting. It's the hard way, but you will earn more traffic from those countries.

 

The first thing is to create relevant, targeted content. Social media platforms generate mixed results, since your initial fan base/followers will be locals, and it will take time, constant and quality postings to gain momentum and expand past local visitors.
What I did for my own website was to create content relevant to USA/Canada customers, accurate use of relevant keywords and now I'm in the process of creating a better online presence on industry-related online communities that themselves have an USA/Canada follower base, basically exposing my content on a platform that already includes my target audience.
