I never used weebly... I have used blogger a lot... I would recommend blogger.
But I will have to try Weebly because I see people rating Weebly over blogger... thats surprising to me!

I suggest blogger as it has much more possibilities and weebly is limited at features

Wordpress is the only answer here. The others lack in good customization.

A custom website is always better than anything. You can do anything you want if you choose WordPress (.org) and create a custom theme. I understand you can create custom themes for blogget too, but I like to have full control over my sites, no mather how big or small are these.

When I made my personal website I used weebly. I noticed after that it came with a blogging tool, so I used it for the h3ll of it. It's pretty nice. But I here that blogger is better for connecting with other people

both weebly and blogger are shit, for novices only. Have your own domain name and install wordpress if you want to build a serious blog.

If your site is going to be more like a Blog - and you are going to be Blogging a lot then Blogger is the best way to go.

If you just want to have more control on the Design of the Site and you are just going to have more static pages than blog posts then you can go with Weebly.

My personal choice would be Blogger because to me it is much easier to publish content and design the site. It all comes down to what are YOU more comfortable with. Try both and see which one works best for you.

    I hope this helps!

I wish you the best success!! =)

    Well Both are great tools!!

But I guess it's more of a personal choice - so you have to go with the one YOU like. I personally like Blogger!

Although I prefer a self-hosted blog, I would just answer to the question.
    For me, I choose blogger.

Just for examples, you have more been blogging features from the blogger widget. And also, you won't have a problem of posting original content from other sites. If you used WordPress plugins to post into Weebly, the percentage of getting your account ban is high. You know those WP plugins that auto post to many social networks directly from your blog?

Another thing is, blogger won't push you to upgrade for a premium account :)

My vote goes for blogger. But if you serious why not create your own self hosted blog with your own domain? this way you build an online business that you 100% own and able to sell it in case you want to without problems.

Start on blogger, than move it to a dot com. Build your audience for free, use blogger's integrated tools with adsense and others, and then move after you have a solid fan base. It's easier, and more profitable over time.

Both are good but the best part comes from the knowledge of the user.
