how to get result on low search vol keyword?

    hi, everybody, Happy New Year to all!!!

    i am targeting medium and high competition keywords but its search volume is under 500 and 100. so which activities are best for getting quick results? and how much take time to get result in search engine within 1 to 50 ranking?
