Stop it with the crappy New Years Resolutions that last 2 weeks at most. Stop saying that change will happen this year when you are not willing to change your habits. Stop using motivation to fuel your efforts to achieve your goals. Your habits are what make you successful or unsuccessful, not motivation.
"Don't wish for a better new year, make it so" I think many people don't get this and believe that just wishing hard enough is going to bring the needed change in their lives.
