You need create sitemap. After you use Google webmaster tool add your website sitemap. Claw your page as Google bot on Webmaster tool
Your content on your site must unique and do not copy from other site, and it should be quality also. You can check on WMT, if you have some errors, not found, denied,... plz fix it. Don't forget to improving your content weekly.
@Jhon Tang the thread is all about indexing in search engine and not content issues. @weisheng try to submit those 150 post of your websites to directories or social bookmarking sites.
After posting a new content you can submit URL of that post in Google webmaster's URL submitting site and also in Bing URL submission site. In addition promote your post in social media sites and social bookmarking sites.
