The domain is too wordy and not much demand for lookatmycooldirectory.com type of urls. It is not old enough nor has there been any branding done with it at all. No value imo.
A link back version of the script with a generic template. At best what it would cost to get that script today. I wouldn't pay it but maybe you get your $25 back.
Page rank 2 - no value
Unique visitors per awestats are pretty useless since those include nearly all bot traffic. No value for the traffic.

Going through the process of selling your directory would be far more hassle than it is worth imo. Cut your losses hit the delete button.

Sory your stat are not correct, the 15K are not real visitors, they're threads from search engines....It's impossible to get 15K visitors with the Alexa rank of 1,635,254. at the same time your Google page rank is 1 and not 2. your directory is receiving a maximum of 10 visitors per day. Try it yourself, verify your Alexa rank and Page rank.

these directory sites are a dime a dozen man, you wont get much for it a promise you

 

After running 2 of these types of sites, I have found that they had massive numbers of traffic (according to awstats, try 6k uv daily for one of my sites), yet negligible earnings. And i believe this comes from people using auto-submit tools, or bots, or other. If the guy plugs in google analytics, from 15k uv, i doubt it would register more then 1500 uv.

If this is auto submitted content (no approval from admins) then its a ticking time bomb before it gets adsense banned.

regarding valuation. First, it is not page rank 2, its only pr1. See for yourself:

It is hard to value it, this niche in itself has zero value to me, but to be fair, (taking into consideration aged pr1 domain)
I would like to think that you could get $20-$50 for the domain, $10 for the script, $10-$20 for the site content, so maybe $80 if you are lucky...

I don't see the value of 30 to 50+thousand outbound links .?

People scrap human edited directories all week long dump the info into a new directory and.. ? they have thousands of outbound links. then,, no traffic, no actual content for readers, and..?

Just wondering where the value is ?

 

Try dumitrumidon method of making it popular for one month, if you succeed well and good, if you not,then better to sell it.
