SEO Firm Recommendations?

    The title says it all. Well most of it anyways.

    I am looking for an SEO firm that is good with both big and small e commerce websites.

    There are so many services out there that I would like to get some recommendations before I make a decision.

    I am looking for a firm that has been in business for a while and has a good track record. I would like to achieve long term results not a fly by service offering links.

    Are f.....n joking? That domain was only registered just over a week ago! ... the packages that they offer are more likely to get you penalized by Penguin than improve the rankings!

    I always find the best option is to stay away from the big firms. I think it's best to use a small firm who will cherish your business and work harder to get you results.
