Surely YES, responsive designs are much more buyable than a simple ones. In fact, every want to see websites in an iPAD or phone, so the request oftresponsive designs will increase. I think is good idea for CODERS, to make responsive design tools for creation.

Responsive design is not only the future but also the Present.. There are a very few people now days want his/her website to be non-responsive and ultimately they have to come with responsiveness..

The future is now :), When converting the design to HTML page, i always change the deisgn into responsive page ,
Many people use phone and tablet to access website..it's improtant to us as a developer to change from fixed website to responsive website

It took the web to another the level. Still the original HTML was created to be responsive. Then we just "fixed" it.

Now we are trying to unfix everything. It is the process :)

Just 12 months ago I created static sites. Now I'm creating responsive designs and planning them from the get go. So much better.
I find a lot of clients don't ask for it by default though. Usually the tablets and phone do a fairly good job of rendering static sites and this might be why.
Once I show them the difference between a static site being rendered and a responsive design, they always opt for the responsive design.
