What are the various seo optimisation techniques?

I want my website show in google seach engine first page or also good reputation. So please suggest me about various seo techniques that can i follow for my website.

I am getting excellent results (#5 and above) rankings because of a few things.

1) Keyword selection, find keywords that aren't so obvious. So if I want to sell guitar lessons to guitar players, I would go after the term "learn to play Metallica on guitar" because firstly there isn't a HUGE search volume, making it easier to rank for, but secondly, We know they are a guitar player (my ideal prospect) because they're searching for how to play songs on guitar! Kinda a sneaky way to find great keywords.
So I would go for terms like that. not so obvious ones, but terms my target people would still be searching for.
2) I am putting good relevant content on the page, but not long huge articles, just 1-2 paragraphs, about 250 words. I also add a youtube video embedded to the page. Google likes to see youtube videos on your pages! Also make sure page title tags and description is optimized for page with keyword in them both. Then lastly
3) I interlink the website together. So page A links to a page B which links to a C & A then a page D that links to B & C, or similar layout. This also helps with people staying on my sites longer.

Now a day seo is completely depends on content optimization so try to submit quality and seo friendly content for your website which helps you to rank your website better.

you know we have two type of seo techniques every webmaster should use to built and promote his site.
on page optimization starts when you think about your website or blog building.while off page optimization is slow and steady process which include all the marketing aspects like link building, content creation etc.

There are two types of SEO techniques.
1. On-page SEO
2. Off-page SEO
both are important in order to enhance your blog popularity. Off-page SEO techniques are link building, guest posting, commenting, forum link building. Let me know If you need more help regarding SEO
