Figure out what is they don't like it at this logo by asking respectfully.
Try to make some revisions upon their feedback and that's it, if they don't like it I'm afraid is nothing more you can do. Maybe to stop revisions and come up with new logo vision.

-It is hard to read you get part way through and get sent to a tree the the rest of the letters make nonsense. If you have to reread a logo it is a fail.

-I think the shape is bad it is long with a circle poking up.

-The leaves are too small for a logo.

Logos are hard especially when you have picky clients I do dozens of mock up sometimes. If you get good at mock ups you can do them quick get some feedback and toss them of evolve them into the next concept.

It's fast to come up with mock-ups digitally but I suggest you try to get ideas down on paper and come up with 50 logos/doodles in 15 minutes, for example, so you have reference and try things out by hand first. You might end up with a better idea for what message you want to apply to your logo.

The typography and tree stemming out from the letter 'n' doesn't immediately tell me that the company is "some beauty company", what I got instead, when I first looked at it, was an environmental feel and the word 'concepts' stood out. Maybe this isn't what they want for their brand and you should take note of the feedback they've given you and take them on board.

If they developed organic beauty products it might work - but it definitely implies growth and I don't automatically associate that with beauty.

Hmm, just did a google, they are a research and development company but their site is on Wix and doesn't come up.

How much work was put into looking at the branding of the existing products and the image the company wants to project?

What were your initial questions upon creating the logo? This is to say that before creating a logo, you must be able to understand your client's requirement. I agree with @Christine V that it came out with an environmental feel.

I did some research on their website and found that their current logo have LY emphasized. Probably that's what they wanted for their branding.

However, your end product is a beautiful one.

I'd enlarge the tree symbol and make the logo in a circle form.
Right now it has a strange form, this is your logo layout:
It's not in balance. My opinion that it should be in some kind of balance.
Also the part where letter 'N' and the tree mix together is jagged, you can see what I'm talking about on your white/black logo small versions.

That's my opinion. But overall I really do like the logo!

I think it's great that the tree creates the illusion of symmetry, but averyz is completely right — it makes the name difficult to read with just one glance. If I was looking for good design, that would be the thing that I don't like mosts. Everything else, however, looks quite cool. I like it.

It doesn't go for a beauty company- looks like something for a nature reserve or natural product.
