    Can u explain me the use of Tags in social bookmarking , video submission and in lots of stuffs in placing keywords as tags.

    Yes tags play important role in search engine ranking . i saw some peoples add keywords in tags. even if you are not adding the the description then the keywords in your post tags and keywords in your post contents will help the search engine to find and rankup your site or blog .

    TITLE
    CAPTION
    H1
    H2
    use these inside your content and from the top of the page use meta description, meta tags . Use wisely and you can get the result
