Any paid or free program to track seo performance of multiple sites

    Which software is best to have a bird's eyeview of multiple sites' alexa/PR/Google key word position etc etc on day to day basis?

    You can use with good results SEOCombine - http://seocombine.com/. Is making lots of reports about your website and you can save projects and compare them if you want. As well is having a nice schedule remember so you can always take a look on the past for your keywords position and backlinks. As well is including the AHRREF and MOZ engines but you need to have accounts there for using these 2 tools.
    Since SEOCombine was launched I've dropped all the other SEO researching tools and I don't miss anything.
