    I want to create US paypal account and I just received my Payoneer card, can I use this card to verify US paypal?

    I think I need to have some balance (less than 5$) for verification in my card, how to load funds to Payoneer card?

    Load funds from any partner site of payoneer or by us payment option(That is virtual us bank account service of payoneer). Then verify you paypal account, make sure your paypal billing address and payoneer billing address is same.

    Your payoneer address and paypal must be same. Otherwise your paypal may get freezed.
    You can load your payoneer card from the site from where you have received the card.

    There are two main ways to get payments on your card:
    1. Partners (sites/businesses we work with)
    2. US Payment Service (a service which allows you to receive payments from many approved US companies such as PayPal, Amazon, eBay and more)

    Yes I think you can use payoneer card for paypal verification.
