    Try to polish your design and make it as appealing as you can make it to be. You have some nice elements going on there but review your spacing, layout width etc and you can sell it quicker or for more $$. You can resell on themeforest or fiverr.. goodluck :)

    they charge 50% if you share sale this theme on other places, if you share only on themeforest than they will charge 25% commission on sale,

    Yes you can sell .psd but make sure you have license for images or not. it must not to b google searched images
