google pr update ?

    How is it possible for a month old domain with no backlink to have a pr 3 ? Seriously is pr a complete joke ?

    They could be using blackhat SEO or other illegal methods.

    Google is not going to update p.r algorithm for this year.
    it is a fake p.r.
    i know a directory with index page having p.r 8 while other pages of such directory have just 0 p.r.
    which is fake one.
