Moneybooker held up withdrawal by out of bank partner

    Hi,
    I have problem with withdraw money from Moneybooker.
    I withdraw 500$ form moneybooker on November 2nd, got the email processed report form them, but few days latter, i got email held up money by out of bank partner. They require me provide ID image, I sent them but nothing happend.
    Today is November 14th, I still have not received any money.
    I sent them few ticket to email: but it's seem they do nothing with them.
    Anyone ever get problem like me?
    I need some advices from you.
