    Google + has no direct connection with SEO. It only helps to boost social signals which may indirectly help in SEO.

    Social media is a great way to connect with others and it can get traffic to your sites and blogs.

    Google+ helps you to get connected with your user. It's also helps to gain more visitor thought there is no direct effect of SEO but personally i saw that social marketing helps to link building.

    IMO it doesn't really help SEO, but your site will gain more traffic, and even repeated visitor from people of your G+ account.

    At today time google plus is best for seo, now google + is good source of getting backlinks to the site. The main reason is that google mostly used by the normal person of the world for search any matter, about 90 percent people of the world use google. So when search then google first crawls links which in on google plus than go to other sites. So google+ is best for seo.

    Google+ is spam-free and takes less time in loading rather than facebook. So it is good to use Google+ for SEO. Also you can add niche circles. facebook browsing experience is not that good. facebook is slow.

    Facebook is boring, although i get more traffic from Facebook. Google+ is the king of organic traffic, not only that but also you can make more quality Backlink on this place.

    I am using social networking sites including Google+ for getting traffic, lead generation and make brand , not for SEO. According to me social networks do not help in ranking.
