    Hi there mate,

I was wondering if any one here ever gets banned from G+ and please tell me how and why? Also what kind of think that violates G+ somehow? If nothing is taken as a violation I'd better boost my sites presence from G+, savvy?

Usually, the same thing that gets you banned from just about any other service - violating the rules. With something like G+ - the rules are there to make sure the product isn't abused or the other users don't feel violated.

In the early days, I got hit by a lot of spam through G+. I had an associate who was banned because she didn't use her "real name" in the profile, even though she was better known in her personal and professional circles as something else.

G+ is valuable in terms of boosting your site and submitting links, but forcing the machine will get you kicked off.

I guess that you get the warning before get banned, so you should realize what you are doing wrong and has the time to recover.

You might be posting links and sharing in excess as robots do. Following x number of people and making friends. Sharing any porn content or any other content which promotes such kind of things and is not acceptable by google.

Maybe you allegedly posted duplicate content to Google plus or did something possibly within violation of their TOS. Have you tried contacting Google + support team to see what exactly is the issue?

Google has a support team??? I know they do if you're buying advertising from them but good luck getting hold of them for anything else. I think you have to go to their support forums but I haven't checked re G+, so maybe you're right, Engineerofsuccess.

Re G+, the whole issue of "forcing" people to sign up for something they don't want bugs me but I've read that some marketers have made some really good and profitable networks there. I signed up in order to keep my YouTube account and figured that I might as well give it a try. I'm careful not to publish my own posts too often, or place anything that looks obviously spammy. I figure that should work to keep from getting banned.

Now, I just have to socialize more. :)

I hear what you're saying but he. Google + is good to have if you own a blog, discussion forum or website, because not only can you get free traffic from it by auto sharing your content on their, but also, it can possibly help you boost rankings in search engine results pages. It is a good thing you signed up for it G + in order to keep you YouTube account as you mentioned, because it can help you site out in the long run and possibly make you some more money on the web from contextual advertising, product sales and affiliate programs. :)

I hadn't heard that you could banned for adding too many people too fast. Not a prob for anti-social me. :)

I think you're right, EngineerofSuccess, although I'm kinda pissed off about the whole G+/YT fiasco, there's lots of opportunity to use it as a vehicle for growth.

I had no clue how to add people to my Google inner circles and I think I only have about four or five people added. I normally let people click the plus button on my Google + posts and just post content in their. Did you try it starting up another Google plus profile for your online business? :)

I think you must read the Google's Terms and Conditions to save yourself from ban.
