is it good to do offpage optimization before doing on page optimization

I am bit confused about is it possible or good to do off page optimization without doing onpage optimization?

 

At the moment I think on page optimization is more important so I would focus on that. Make sure you have quality content that is optimized then consider off page optimisation. Even if you got results with off page optimisation if you content is lacking you will get a high bounce rate.

Likely the best reason for this would be; you wouldn't want to start back linking to pages within your site that search engines haven't found yet (not indexed). Which is exactly the reason why not to be too aggressive with link building on a fresh site. Red flags may go up and you'll lose some search engine friends. Take care of your on-site optimization first, then share your site/content on reddit and other social platforms - they're great for viral traffic and they'll give you a good head start.

Yes of-course, but it is like driving a car without breaks.(sometimes we can control) We are not sure Google will catch or drop.

 

I don't see why you can't do your off page optimization before the on page. You have to build links from the beginning! If you concentrate in quality links and good content you can always come back an do your on page optimization

 

I don't know how you are planning to do any kind of on-page optimization later, but you must emphasis on on-page optimization from the beginning and with any update of your website - like posting a new article.

 

yes you can.
your off page efforts will only brings visitors to your site.but search engines have nothing to do with your site.
so both on and off page optimization required to get best results.

My recommendation is first 100% clear your On-Page Optimization. If you don't have any time to do off page optimization and you have better on page means, your keyword will automatically rank. First consider On-page Optimization like
1) High Search and Low Competition Keywords
2) Meta Description with your Long Tail Keyword
3) <H1> tag Title Tag with your Primary Keyword
4) Minimum two , h2 tags (sub heading)
5) Image Optimization inside content with ALT, TITLE, CAPTION
6) Use Bullets, Italicize and other formats inside content
7) User-friendly and SEO related Breadcrumb

Now you can do off-page optimization for your page. How ever there is no mistake to do off-page first. But On-page optimization is worth than Off page, Once you clear with on page then , you can build links through off-page which is very effective
