I need a Banner Advertising script?

Hey, I am looking for a Banner Exchange / Advertising script.
One where people can sign up and add their website so they can earn tokens, they then use those tokens to buy impressions for their banners. People can just buy impression rather than earn them through showing the banner on their site.

 

Looks like you are looking for a simple exchange platform. What was your budget?

1)... An banner exchange website where when they login into their account on my website they can target towards country, etc.. out of all the websites other members have added.

2)... I am also looking for a script that I can install on my Car Q&A Website (CarQ.info). The website is only for people from the United Kingdom, but I want to sell banner space in the right column of all pages which I can further target to cities within the UK and also set the banner to stop showing when it reaches a certain amount of impressions or clicks.

 

You have a lot of options available. As for what one is best, my response would be biased (I represent inClick).

Our system doesn't handle the exchange out-of-the-box as some customizations would be needed. As for the Car Q&A site, that is something we can do pretty easily - hosted for free or you install it in your web server.
