    for now on, i think they have licensed operators . but we also can manage our trip by our self..
    the air is so wonderful , there is no pollution there and still fresh ..
    now raja ampat targeted by tourist for their vacation , still diving is the best there ..
    someday you have to go there mates.. good luck :D
