    I think what your asking is, should you submit the links your build to social bookmarking websites? If that is the question, it depends, do you want too? If you spent a couple of hours building a nice Hubpage hub as a backlink, then I'd say yes go ahead and spend some time submitting the page to social bookmarking websites, get the link juice following. If you've just created a forum profile backlink, then no I wouldn't bother bookmarking those kind of backlinks.

    It is good to bookmark both your money site and your backlinks. Bookmarks will not do you any harm but it's good to have a balance of other types of links. Try to focus on sending high PR, relevant quality links to your money site. Hope this helps.

    supx, are you asking if you should point the bookmarks to the money site, or a tier 1/2 site? If so, it depends on your method. Just read or watch a solid tiered link building tutorial.
