About SEO Strategy mostly use a Guest posting, Forum, blog commenting all that stuff is best and use for promotion.

 

I'm sorry but read a bit this forum and you may find even in today threads some interesting posts about how the SEO is working - and be aware that when you say SEO = Search Engine Optimization (you don't need to repeat yourself )

 

The bets strategy after Penguin 2.1 would be no strategy, lol
Whichever promo activities of yours look suspicious, you can get penalized for that.
So, what's really worth doing is good old marketing.
Improving your site's structure with canonical links, smart interlinking, etc. is also a good thing.
Just run an on-page optimization report and identify the areas of your site you could improve.

There is no such thing like LATEST SEO strategy... Every SEO strategy works in its own way. For me, guest blogging and Social Bookmarking sites work the most and also article and forum marketing would be great sometimes!

 

The best SEO strategy is USER EXPERIENCE. Create pages that attracts users and build quality backlinks.

 

The same old methods are still in use like article submission, forum posting etc. etc. The changes are in commenting blogs and links submission. This is the only major changed happened after penguin. So all the strategy are the same. Instead of commenting, you can go for guest blogging.

back links with quality of content is the best seo strategy beside that as you know this is the age of social media so i would say great seo strategies include social signals which are known to be quite effective than the back linking which was used formerly by people to gain traffic.
Old traffic generation techniques like , directory submission, press release submission etc and referrals are now replaced by this method and is being used more than ever to employ SEO strategies.

Avoid bulk link building.
Go for long tail keywords
Have quality content.
Check your back links and remove them if found poor quality.
Check the content of your website is that copied by some one else and used for his interest and check duplicate error in meta tags.

 

You have to done social bookmarking, directory submission, forums posting, blogging, guest posting e.t.c.
please write different content to every social bookmarking site or directory site and submit your link at quality site which has more than 4 page rank and alexa rank should be comfortable.
